The files you already have
The work rarely starts in a blank document. There is the signed proposal in Word, the client's PDF, last year's slides. In Ritemark you open them in the same window as your writing, from the project's Documents, without switching to another app.
A Word file opens page by page with its headings, lists and tables. A PDF opens as its pages. A PowerPoint file opens slide by slide with its speaker notes. You can zoom, fit the page and search inside them, and Open in Word or Open in Preview is on the file's bar when you need the original app.

Ask your AI about them
With the file open, ask your AI about it in plain words: what the proposal promises, whether the numbers match the brief, what is missing. It reads the file in your project and answers on its sheet beside it.
An editable copy when you want to change one
Ritemark does not change your Word or PDF file. When you want to work on one, Make an editable copy turns it into a document in your project that you and your AI can edit, with its images kept. The original stays as it was. PowerPoint files are for reading; to change a deck, open it in PowerPoint.
Older .doc and .ppt files don't open; save them again as .docx or .pptx. The document preview guide has the details.
