You leave @claude check this figure against interview-notes.md on a paragraph, press Send to Claude and keep reading. Until now you couldn't really tell what happened to that note next.
Ritemark v1.11.0 is out. Here's what changed.
Comments now reach the agent and report back
The release notes are blunt about the old behaviour: assigning a comment to an agent "was largely theatre". The margin flashed Sent whatever happened next, and the toolbar said "Queued N tasks" before anything had been accepted. A cancelled run was reported as completed. The answer landed in a conversation you were never shown.
In 1.11 a comment task is tracked from Send to finish.
The task goes to the conversation that's open in the AI sidebar, and a new empty conversation counts. The line above the Send button names that conversation before you press it. There is no picker and no confirmation dialog. If that conversation runs a different agent from the one you mentioned, the same line says so first (· Claude takes over).
The comment says Queued for Claude only once Claude has really accepted the work. When it can't, the comment tells you why and offers the fix. A signed-out agent gets a Sign in button, a conversation with ten prompts already waiting asks you to let one finish, and a document that has never been saved needs saving first. Status survives reloading the document, reopening it and restarting Ritemark. Work that was cut short offers Retry.
When the task finishes, the agent's own short answer appears under your note, with Open conversation leading to the exact conversation that ran it. The agent posts that one reply and the full exchange stays in the conversation. Status and reply sit beside your note. Ritemark never writes them into the note, the highlighted passage or the Markdown file, and it never clears a comment for you. A finished comment offers Mark as done, a checkmark where the red trash can used to be.
A few smaller comment changes came with it. Hovering the highlighted text opens its comment, and clicking pins it open with a coloured border, so Send to Claude stays within reach. The toolbar Comments menu groups comments by agent. Tick the groups, press Start tasks, and each group reports its own result. The note box resizes, typing @ opens the agent list straight away, and collapsed comments no longer cover the text they annotate.

Report AI issue
Report AI issue sits in the status bar next to AI Ready, visible whether or not the AI sidebar is open. The ⓘ AI information button beside the composer has the same entry. Both open the Report AI output window.
You see everything that goes with the report. There's the text you paste or type under What went wrong? (up to 8,000 characters), and two lines Ritemark adds: its version with your platform, and the time in UTC. Nothing is collected from your conversations, documents or account. The window has no access to them.
Open email opens your own email app with a message to info@productory.eu, which the Ritemark team monitors. You can read and edit all of it there, and nothing leaves until you press Send in your email app. If no email app is set up, or the report is too long for an email link, Copy report copies it so you can email it yourself. Ritemark never claims the report went out, because it can't see what happens after your email app opens. The AI information guide has the details.
